Thank You to our CricketForce of 2011

The Good Friday CricketForce day was a great success. We had an excellent turnout with a good few members and several families from our Juniors and we are very grateful to all those who worked so hard to get the club and ground ready for the new season. Whether you were helping clean the bar and kitchen, upgarding electrics, preparing the square or painting everything from the scorebox and fence to the boundary bollards and gates, your help was invaluable. Parents will have been pleased that their youngsters were wearing their NatWest CricketForce T-shirts while the paint was being liberally applied! It just goes to prove that a bit of organising of workforce and materials (Big Thank You to Jim!) can achieve such a lot in a day. The rolls, tea and squash provided for lunch by our ever-willing caterer kept us going till late in the day (Janice - Thank You again!).

New constitution adopted

We adopted a new Constitution at the AGM in February, clarifying how the club is managed and including our new Safeguarding policy for children and our Code of Conduct for members. This is an important document that existing and new members should take a look at. You can read it here.

Law changes

Don't get caught out by sharp umpires because you are unaware of the law changes for the 2011 season. Click here for more.

Braywood 90th anniversary

The 90th anniversary day was an overwhelming success and was strongly supported by club members and friends. The day was in support of The Starlight Childrens Foundation and £1,000 was raised for the charity. Thanks to all that attended and made the day a huge success.
